I highly recommend a water flosser. I started using a water flosser almost three years ago after needing laser treatment to my gums due to deep pockets. It's another way of saying that they averaged above 3 millimeters. No further issues since laser treatment and the use of water flossing. I use the water flosser brand Coslus which can be purchased on Amazon.

I am going to try that Panoxyl. I agree packaging does make me interested in a product at first.

I recommend a cordless water flosser but to be effective you have to use it daily. Look up soft picks also. I cannot stand those lower anterior cemented metal retainers because it does nothing to prevent your molars from caving toward your tongue. A complete removable retainer at night is best.
